Ulugbek Ilyasovich Inoyatov was born in Tashkent on August 6, 1962, into a servant’s family.

Nationality – Uzbekistan.

Education – higher. He graduated from Tashkent Polytechnic Institute in 1985 and Tashkent Financial Institute in 1998. Specialization – engineer-economist, doctor of pedagogic sciences, professor.

He started his career as a teacher at the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute in 1985.

In 1993-1999, he worked as the Deputy Dean and Dean of the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction, and in 1999-2011, the Director of the Tashkent College of Finance and Economics.

Since 2011, he has effectively served as the Rector of Tashkent State Pedagogical University, the Minister of Public Education since 2013, and the Rector of Namangan State University since 2018.

Chairman of the Central Council of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan since 2019.

In 2019, he was elected to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

He was a candidate of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan in the 2023 Presidential Election.

U.I. Inoyatov is currently working as the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

He has shown himself as a potential leader with theoretical and practical experience. He is the author of more than 100 scientific works. Several of his proposals on improving the quality of education and preparing young people for the profession are widely used in developing our country’s educational system.

As a party and faction leader, he is responsible and determined, with extensive experience in state and community management, domestic and foreign policy, the judiciary, and social protection of the population.

He is married and has two children.
